OUR HISTORY

George Anderson & Co is one of the oldest real estate companies in Christchurch.  Established in 1916 upon sound principles and practices by George Anderson, the company - now in its third generation - is still firmly established upon those successful foundations.

OUR EXPERTISE

George Anderson & Co is not just a real estate company, we have experienced personnel who provide expertise in their specific fields, including two registered valuers: 

 

Wayne Anderson, one of the company's directors, has been involved in real estate since 1966, and a registered valuer since 1976.

 

John Taylor, the company's other director, has only ever worked in real estate for George Anderson & Co - joining in 1979.

 

Mark Taylor, BCom (VPM) ANZIV SPINZ - registered public valuer - specialises residential, industrial & commercial, and rural lifestyle valuations, as well as plant, depreciation, and insurance valuations.
